Annual District Conference for Rotary District 5550
The annual District Conference for Rotary District 5550 will be hosted by the Rotary Clubs of Saskatoon this year. Register online now HERE

The conference will take place on May 11 to 14, 2023; the conference will be centred at the Travelodge Hotel, but events will take place throughout the community.
District 5550 is made of 47 Rotary clubs from western Saskatchewan through to Western Ontario.

The conference starts on Thursday with drinks and appetizers while we all get reacquainted with Rotarians and friends old and new. Live background music will be provided by Don Griffith. The House of ImaginAction and Friendship will be set up for you to browse and enjoy and a photo booth will be available throughout the weekend to capture your conference moments. Remember to tag #ImaginAction2023.
Included in your registration, Friday you will participate in hands on service work within the community, attend a Citizenship Ceremony welcoming new Canadians to Saskatoon, visit the National Historic Site, Wanuskewin Heritage Park, enjoying a hike and galleries followed by an amazing supper with keynote speaker Rhett Sangster, Director, Office of the Treaty Commissioner of Saskatchewan. On Saturday the Learning and Development team has a full schedule of informative sessions and knowledge you will be happy to take back to those who didn’t attend. Supper on Saturday will be at the Travelodge and entertainment will not disappoint. We have the Stone Frigate Big Band ready to entertain. Attire is casual.

We have 30 rooms reserved at the Travelodge (15 business King and 15 standard Queen) at a discounted rate of $129 plus taxes per night. Early Bird registration pricing for the conference is $275.00 until March 31st. On April 1st, the registration amount goes to $325 so save by registering now. (Registration Link) The spousal fee is the same price due to the amazing meals they will have the opportunity to enjoy with you. The virtual registration cost is $75.00.
